At Kingsland Nursery we place the child at the heart of all we do ensuring we provide a safe, caring and happy environment for them to learn and grow as we encourage their creative minds.
We value our parents and carers as partners in learning and we strive to deliver high quality early education in our stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
The Nursery curriculum challenges, engages and motivates children to learn. If you would like further information about our curriculum please contact the school. The Nursery follows the EYFS curriculum.
Reading & Writing
At Kingsland we use Read, Write Inc to teach phonics and Reading in Nursery. Each morning the children are split into groups to work on their reading and writing skills.
Kingsland C.E. Academy is part of the St. Bart’s Academy Trust which is committed to improving the life chances of children. This moral obligation and mission, does not end at the school gates, within our own Local Authorities, or even within our own country. Where St. Bart’s Academies have the capacity to make a difference, they are morally bound to do so.

A car park for visitors is located via the Eaves Lane entrance. You can use the school postcode, ST2 9AS for your Sat Nav.
Please note the school car park gets very busy at the beginning and end of the school day and no car is to be parked on double yellow lines as this causes congestion problems.
Thank you and enjoy your visit.
